Privacy policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Projctize ("we", "us") is run by 1571273 B.C. Ltd. in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect on projctize.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- Contact details: your first name and email address when you join the early-access list, take the free snapshot or buy a plan.
- About your project: what you tell us about your project, such as its goal, deadline, budget and the people involved.
- Working-style answers: your answers to our short working-style questions, which are based on the public-domain IPIP Big Five item pool, and the scores we calculate from them.
- Purchase details: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic site data: pages visited and similar technical data collected through cookies by our website platform, used to keep the site working and to understand which pages people use.
Why we use it
- To create and send your project snapshot and any plan you buy.
- To email you about Projctize, including your snapshot, your order, and occasional updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To improve the questions, the snapshots and the plans.
We never use your working-style results to judge you, and we never share them with your employer. If your employer pays for your plan, they get a receipt, not your answers. Results are for your own development only, never for hiring or performance decisions.
AI processing
We use AI services to help write your snapshot and plan from your answers. Your answers are sent to those services only to produce your results. We choose providers that do not use customer data to train their models.
Where your information is stored
Our website, forms and customer records run on GoHighLevel, and our AI and payment providers may also process your information. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a subscriber or customer, and for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, tax records for purchases).
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
We don't sell your information
We never sell or rent your personal information.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Questions or complaints: [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
