Terms of service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These terms apply when you use projctize.com or buy anything from Projctize, run by 1571273 B.C. Ltd. in Victoria, British Columbia. By using the site or buying, you agree to them.
What we provide
- Free project snapshot: a short summary of your project, your working style, your top three risks and a draft one-page charter, based on your answers.
- Full project plan: a one-time, personalized plan delivered by email within 48 hours of purchase.
- Add-ons: weekly project check-ins (monthly, for up to 3 months) and one-on-one sessions with Casey Worthington (project management) or Julia Worthington (coaching).
Snapshots and plans are prepared with the help of AI and reviewed against Projctize's methods. They are only as good as the information you give us.
Not professional advice
Projctize gives general project-planning guidance. It is not legal, financial, compliance, HR, or medical advice, and it doesn't replace your organization's own policies or approvals. You and your organization stay responsible for your project's decisions and results. Working-style results describe tendencies, not limits, and must not be used for hiring or performance decisions.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) on the site and charged when you order. Founding prices apply to our first 100 customers for each product; after that, the regular price shown applies. Check-ins renew monthly until you cancel or the 3 months end, and you can cancel any time before your next billing date.
Refunds
If your plan isn't delivered within 48 hours, or it doesn't help, tell us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] for a full refund. Coaching sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before they start; sessions missed without notice aren't refunded.
Your content and ours
You keep ownership of what you tell us about your project, and you may use your snapshot and plan freely for your work, including sharing them with your team and employer. The Projctize site, questions, templates and methods remain ours; please don't resell or republish them.
Limits of liability
We do our best to give useful guidance, but we can't guarantee your project's outcome. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
